Two Smoking Barrels Country Pursuits offers a 14 day Returns Policy

To return an item please contact us by emailing info@two-smoking-barrels.co.uk.

 You must notify us within 14 days of recieving your item if you wish to return an item to us for a refund.

Please package your item(s) to be returned, ideally in the original packaging, enclosing a copy of your invoice with a reason for your return.

If you are returning an unwanted item it must be unopened and returned to us within 14 days of your purchase. It must be received by US in the condition they were delivered to you, in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale.

Faulty Items

Please contact us at info@two-smoking-barrels.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase with picture evidence if possible and return within 14 days (shipment made by customer). See refunds below.

Refunds

Once your item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund following inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of payment to your original method of payment, PayPal, credit or debit card. You should receive your refund within 5 working days; however, this may depend on your payment issuers policies.

Sale Items are non refundable.

We do not offer refunds on shipping.​

Shipping

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order with us please call: 01502 217442 or email info@two-smoking-barrels.co.uk as soon as you can after placing the order. We usually dispatch within 2 working days so to avoid a return/recovery situation it is advised customers contact us as fast as possible, this is to avoid goods being dispatched.
