Delivery & Returns
We charge a flat rate of £5.95 for deliveries under £150. Any order that is over £150 will have free shipping.
We currently ship to England, Scotland and Wales (excluding channel islands). We do not ship internationally at this moment.

Two Smoking Barrels can only deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours except for pre orders (see below for information about pre orders) however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you which can be seen in your order confirmation. We aim to get your goods within 3-5 working days but some products have specific delivery requirements which may extend delivery timescales. Please see individual product pages for more information.

Certain products are only available as a pre order. This means that we do not have them in stock at the shop but we can order the product in. This can usually take up to 7 days for the product to be shipped however, this can vary depending on our suppliers. We will contact you if you have purchased a pre order product if it can't be shipped within in 7 days and may offer you a refund. You can contact us about a pre order product if you have any enquires with it through the contact form or through email at info@two-smoking-barrels.co.uk.

If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then an additional charge might be levied (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for a charge might also be incurred. In-Store Items
Every item listed is available in store if we have stock and orders for these items will take 3-5 working days to arrive. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to make sure the item is still in stock.
Guns & Collection Only Items
These items require Identification (Passport) or a Firearms / Shotgun Certificate before they are handed over. All guns can not be purchased on our website and require an in store visit if you wish to purchase one. Please call if you would like to enquire us about a particular gun or in store item.
Refunds & Returns
The Goods in question must be returned to us unopened within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

All returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice and a completed returns slip. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows:

After the goods returned have been accessed and are in the original condition, your refund will be issued, this can take between 5 to 7 working days to show up into your account. If you have not received this within 14 days of the refund being issued please get in contact with our customer support team who will be happy to help resolve this.
